A 60 min group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class will be held outdoors weather permitting. If moved inside, the first 10 people to signup will take class. Equipment used: Many forms of resistance and weights, jump ropes, mats, stability balls, bosu balls.
