A 60 min group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class will be held outdoors weather permitting. If moved inside, the first 10 people to signup will take class. Equipment used: Many forms of resistance and weights, jump ropes, mats, stability balls, bosu balls.
60 minutes of controlled breathing, concentration and a series of stretches and poses to music create a holistic experience that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance ending with a 10 minute mediation .
*Essential oils will be diffused during class, please notify the instructor if you are sensitive to scents.
*Equipment used: a Mat and your breath.
A 30 minute class using scientifically proven movements that isolate and integrate all of the core muscle groups. Equipment used: Tube, Weight Plates, and a Mat.
