60 minutes of controlled breathing, concentration and a series of stretches and poses to music create a holistic experience that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance ending with a 10 minute mediation . *Essential oils will be diffused during class, please notify the instructor if you are sensitive to scents. *Equipment used: a Mat and your breath.
