I am excited you are here today because this tells me you are on a Health and Fitness mission! I have been in the Health Field for 27 years and a part of the Fitness Field for 22 years. 10 years ago I decided to share my love and passion and became certified to teach Group Fitness Classes. I am a graduate of Delaware Technical Community College, Wilmington University, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, as well as many certifications in Group Fitness programs.
Physical Fitness and proper Nutrition has not only kept my body physically strong, but mentally strong. I love sharing the fun in physical activity and the knowledge I have in nutrition to see my clients gain a happier, healthier life and achieve their goals!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our 3 children, and my pup Lexie. I enjoy working out doing weight training, yoga, and many forms of cardio. I also enjoy traveling to Colorado to ski, white water raft, hike, trail run, and just take in the mountain air.
